ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The man accused of killing a Gwinnett County deputy and injuring her son during a domestic incident appeared before a judge Tuesday for the first time since his arrest.
Eric Sumner, 43, of Suwanee, is charged with murder, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to murder, two counts of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
