YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Youngstown woman was filled with excitement after she won $100,000 on an Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket, according to a press release.

The woman won the prize on the Win Big scratch-off.

The woman purchased the ticket at Circle K on Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown.

The press release says that after 28% in taxes is taken out, she will receive $72,000.

"I was in shock. I’m still in shock,” the woman said.

The winner said she was standing in the store when she scratched the ticket. She said she handed it to the man behind the counter, and he screamed in celebration.

She plans to use her winnings to buy a car, purchase new furniture and pay bills.

The Ohio Lottery said that Win Big is a $5 scratch-off with a top prize of $100,000.
