DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The 7th anniversary of the mysterious disappearance of Cheryl Coker is this Thursday.
October 2, 2025, marks seven years since the 46-year-old woman was last seen alive. She had dropped one of her daughters off at school.
Her SUV was found in the Kroger parking lot next to Clancy’s Tavern the next day. Her older daughter, Marisa Coker, found the vehicle using the Find My iPhone app. Officials said Coker’s personal belongings were found inside, including her purse, ID, money, credit cards and cell phone.
Officials deemed her disappearance a homicide.
