CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Police arrested two teenagers in a stolen car Friday night in connection with the recent string of car break-ins.

According to a release from police, around 9 p.m., officers and detectives saw a car that had been reported stolen out of East Cleveland.

Later, FLOCK cameras caught the car driving through Ohio City and Gordon Square.

Officers later found the car in a parking lot near West 73rd Street and Detroit Avenue, and when they tried to pull the car over, it fled towards a dead end.

Police said five people in the car fled in different directions, but officers caught two girls, a 17-year-old and a 13-year-old.

According to the release, the 13-year-old girl was reported as missing from Maple Heights.

The two were processed at the juvenile detention
