October is Pennsylvania Wine Month, celebrating one of the biggest state producers of vino in the country.
The 2025 impact study by Wine America reveals that around 400 wineries are operating across Pennsylvania, with vineyards growing on more than 11,000 acres.
More than 42,000 jobs are created and supported by the wine industry.
Pennsylvania’s wineries generate 1.57 million tourist visits and $298.94 million in annual tourism expenditures, according to the impact study.
