A Chattanooga woman previously arrested with another person for having $51,000 of methamphetamine is facing more charges after a deputy found drugs in her car during a recent traffic stop.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said a deputy pulled over Tonya Goins, 51, on Friday in Soddy Daisy after seeing what appeared to be an altered license plate with an illegible county line.
