A Georgetown woman is facing multiple drug charges after a traffic stop on Highway 58 early Saturday morning.
A deputy with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office pulled over a vehicle with no taillights illuminated after it had left a closed business' parking lot and turned onto Meadowview Road from Smith Road,
It then went through a small gravel lot beside the business before turning onto Highway 58, according to an affidavit obtained by Local 3 News.
When the deputy activated emergency lights, the driver pulled over and was "moving frantically inside of the vehicle."
The deputy gave verbal commands to show her hands, to which she complied. Upon approach, there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car.
