DECATUR, Ala. - The lineup for next year's "Rock the South" festival has been announced, featuring big names like Jason Aldean and Riley Green. The festival is set to make its debut in Decatur, moving from its longtime home in Cullman.

City leaders are optimistic about the festival's economic potential. Over the last 15 years, "Rock the South" has generated more than $150 million in economic impact in Cullman, and officials expect similar success in Decatur.

Kyle Demeester, the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Decatur, said they anticipate around 30,000 guests, with 85 to 90 percent of attendees coming from outside the county.
