TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Attorney General Kris Mayes has announced a consumer fraud lawsuit against the owners and operators of Palo Verde Mobile Home Park in Tucson.

The lawsuit claims the Park's electrical system is extremely dangerous, unreliable and overloaded, causing frequent outages that leave residents without air conditioning in triple-digit temperatures.

"Arizonans are being placed in repeated extremely dangerous circumstances while their electricity is out and their landlord fails to fix it," Mayes said. "A/C and electricity outages in Arizona aren't just dangerous, they're deadly."
