CHANDLER, Ariz. — The Chandler Fire Department and Tempe Fire Department responded to a burning apartment building in Chandler early Friday morning.

The fire was reported at a complex south of Ray Road and west of Alma School.

12News crews were at the scene, where it appeared crews were actively battling the flames from the building. A resident told us she had to evacuate.

At this time, it remains unclear if there were any injuries.
