MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A balloon release was held Tuesday for a toddler who hit and killed by a car. Police said the 2-year-old died after being hit by a car at a Memphis motel on Ketchum Road Monday night. The grandmother told FOX13 the child's name was Layloni Stevens.
