SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A shots-fired call nearly ended badly, but the victim avoided being injured by using a vehicle as a shield.
On Oct. 19, at 10:30 a.m., a driver of a pickup truck was shot at by a driver in a KIA near Mackey Lane and Melody Lane.
After a brief moment down the street, the truck failed, possibly because of the shots fired. The victim left his vehicle and ducked down near the driver’s side to avoid the gunfire.
The driver in the KIA drove off.
At this time, the Shreveport Police Department has no suspect description.
