CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- On Sunday afternoon, families gathered at Uplevel Martial Arts’ annual Spooky Ninja Fun Fair.

“It's fun to have these events right here, where we can bring the community together, get our minds off everything, show some love, have a lot of fun, and that's why I really want to do these events as much as possible,” Ryan Peters said, Uplevel chief instructor.
