We're keeping a close eye on the weather for you here in Evansville and across the rest of our region. Gusty winds continue to be a talking point this evening with gusts potentially reaching up to 35 mph.

We also want to highlight that we're expecting elevated fire weather conditions today and into Wednesday due to low humidity values. The good news is that the winds are expected to ease slightly on Wednesday, with gusts dropping to between 15 to 25 mph.

As we move through the latter half of the week, we'll see conditions become more settled with high pressure building in. However, this setup could lead to some patchy fog development, especially Thursday and Friday mornings, primarily across the northern parts of our viewing area.
