CLEVELAND — In their spookiest and finest Halloween costumes, kids hit the runway alongside the Cleveland Browns during the team’s annual Halloween fashion show.

Four-year-old Liliana was among 20 kids chosen from The Littlest Heroes and University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s to participate in the special night. For Liliana’s mom, Alexa Geiger, the event offered a brief reprieve from worrying about an upcoming MRI.

“If we were at home, we would probably be thinking about her MRI tomorrow. And while we were here, it didn't really cross our mind. We were just wondering what player she was gonna come out with, what they were gonna be dressed in,” Geiger said.
