Chatham-Kent police laid multiple impaired driving charges, as well as other offences, in several weekend incidents.

On Friday, a vehicle left the roadway and rolled several times into a field at Queen’s and McDougall lines in Tilbury. The driver, a 39-year-old Tilbury woman, was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

She is charged with impaired operation with a blood-alcohol concentration over 80 mg, as well as driving while under suspension.

She was released with a court date.

In another single-vehicle crash, a vehicle left Bear Creek Road in Camden Township and veered into a ditch on Saturday, police said

The driver and sole occupant, a 22-year-old Thamesville man, was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
