Chief Judge Christopher J. McCarthy sentenced Billy Joe Keyser, 41, to 3 to 15 years in prison, according to Harrison Assistant Prosecutor Gina Renzelli, for Prosecutor Rachel Romano.

Keyser’s arrest followed a traffic stop on Sept. 7, 2024, on Johnson Avenue in Bridgeport. During the stop, State Police Senior Trooper Isaiah Bowman seized fentanyl, methamphetamine, and heroin val
