A handful of Kingman residents have officially completed roughly 96 hours of immersive training in a program aimed at strengthening effective leadership throughout each sector of local government, and the city’s departments.

Eleven of Kingman’s employees, and one Mohave College employee, recently graduated from the 2025 Leadership and Excellence Supervisor Academy, an intensive 12-week program that focuses on building up participant’s leadership abilities. This year’s graduates include: Arthur Pipkin, Andrew Giralde, Chrisandy Abellana, David Garcia, Evelyn Isaguirre, Heather Rasmussen, Jennifer Sochocki, Jessica Hernandez, Karen Bohler, Sandy Williams, TC Cantrell, and Unica Bautista.
