OMAHA, Neb. —
An arrest warrant was issued for the man accused in a drive-by shooting after he failed to appear for a pretrial conference, according to court documents.
Anthony Washington is charged with multiple felonies, including two counts of first-degree assault. He allegedly fired at men who were mowing outside a house in Omaha in April, police said.
