Plan for a wet a.m. and p.m. commute Tuesday with rain likely all day. Most of the rain should be moving out by early Wednesday, but the northwest wind could still gust 30 to 50 miles per hour Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning.

There is some frost and freeze potential the rest of the week with morning low temperatures forecast in the mid 30s.

Trick or treat time looks cool and dry in most spots. Expect highs in the low 50s Friday for Halloween with temperatures in the mid 40s after sunset.
