A stalker banned from contacting his partner could be facing jail time after he was found hiding in a cupboard at her home.
Bradley O’Neill was discovered by officers inside the woman’s house in Maidstone in August, and when asked what his name was, he told police he was called Martin.
However, further checks on the 45-year-old revealed he was banned from going to the woman’s home or contacting her by way of a Stalking Protection Order (SPO) issued in 2022, as well as a restraining order he’d been issued the previous year after being convicted of domestic abuse against his lover.
O’Neill, who used to live in Orpington but is now of no fixed address, admitted harassment and breaching the two orders when he appeared in court in August.
He was hauled before Folkestone Magistrat
