MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Members of the Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) found a child who had been missing for more than two weeks, according to the United States Marshals Service.

MSTF officers found the child on Monday. Family members reported the child missing on October 12. That child was returned to their legal guardian.

The United States Marshals Service said that child marks the 84th safely found by the MSTF since the task force began operations on October 1. At the time of its creation, there were 143 missing children in Shelby County, according to the Marshals. Authorities said that several of those children were discovered out of state.
