Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, previously known as Prince Andrew, is set to lose yet another title.
Defence Secretary John Healey confirmed this morning that the disgraced former Duke will have his honorary vice-admiral rank stripped from him.
This follows King Charles removing all Royal titles and styling from his brother.
Andrew received the vice-admiral position on his 55th birthday in 2015 and kept the rank even after relinquishing his other military roles in 2022, reports the Mirror .
Mr Healey told the BBC's Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg programme: "In general, the Government's been guided by the decisions and judgments the King has made.
