Southport attacker’s brother worried he would kill, inquiry told

The brother of the Southport attacker has told a public inquiry that he’d been scared his brother would kill someone two years before last summer’s murders.

Describing frequent violent outbursts, he said he thought the threat was within the family home.

This is the first time the inquiry has heard directly from the family.
