KENNER, La. —

The Kenner Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a man accused of sex crimes with minors.

According to Kenner police, Michael Walker, 56, is wanted on multiple sex crimes against a child. Advertisement

Walker is facing charges of first-degree rape, sexual battery, and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Kenner police say he has an extensive criminal history, including multiple burglaries, possession of stolen property, battery, drug possession, obstruction of justice, and even disarming a police officer.

Walker is considered dangerous and should not be approached, according to police.
