GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Residents can catch the iconic Goodyear Blimp at the Pitt-Greenville Airport.
The blimp will be parked at PGV starting this afternoon until November 7th.
It’s making a stop in Greenville as part of its regional tour, and residents will have the chance to see the blimp up close as it takes to the skies above for various flight operations and local aerial coverage.
“We’re thrilled to welcome the Goodyear Blimp and its crew to Pitt-Greenville,” said John Hanna, Operations Manager at the Pitt-Greenville Airport. “It’s not every day our community gets to see such a legendary aircraft right here at home.”
