GASTONIA, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A person is wanted after surveillance video shows an armed robbery at a Pizza Hut in Gastonia, according to the Gastonia Police Department.

Around 11 p.m. on October 7, a person is seen walking into the Pizza Hut on S. New Hope Road. The suspect reportedly first used the bathroom to scout the place before returning about 45 minutes later with a rifle.

Police said the suspect stole about $300 from the cash register, some food and a drink.
