ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — The Dandy #24, located on East Church Street in Elmira, will soon resume the sale of tobacco products and lottery games, after having its license pulled for a year, a Dandy spokesperson announced.

On Monday, Nov. 10, the Dandy #24 will start selling tobacco products and New York State lottery games after its retailer’s license to sell tobacco products was suspended following repeated violations, a Dandy spokesperson told 18 News on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

The suspension came after three compliance checks were performed at the location over the course of a few years, in which officials learned that the Dandy sold tobacco products to underage persons, previous reports stated.
