The father of the Southport attacker Axel Rudakubana has said he was scared of his son and couldn’t control him.
Giving evidence at the public inquiry into last summer’s knife attack, in which three young girls were murdered, Alphonse Rudakubana said the family had been desperate for help. But he was also challenged on his own reaction after concerns were raised about his son’s behaviour.
