YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- An investigation is underway after a house fire on Youngstown's East Side.
It happened just before 2 a.m. near the corner of Scioto and Kimmel streets.
Firefighters say the fire appears to have started in the kitchen, and first responders had to tear down the walls to get to the source.
Officials say they were able to get it under control in under 5 minutes.
We are told the home was vacant, and no injuries were reported.
