Bodycam footage shows the moment a thief was caught stealing alcohol from a Wetherspoon pub.
Police were called at 2.50am on Tuesday to reports of a burglary inside The Samuel Peto in Rendezvous Street, Folkestone.
Officers arrived on the scene and located a man with a large bag of wine, beer and cider - worth about £350 in total.
He was arrested on suspicion of burglary, eight minutes after the call came in.
An open bottle of beer was also found close to the point of forced entry, suggesting it may have been opened during or shortly after the break-in.
Barry Martin, of Risborough Lane, Folkestone, was later charged with burglary.
The 41-year-old was remanded in custody and appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, where he was sentenced to six months in prison.
