A Kent fashion boss is facing mounting anger from hundreds of customers complaining of missing orders and unpaid refunds - after his firm went into administration while being investigated by KentOnline.
Jack Lowe’s Huh. Ltd., which traded as Huh. Store from Canterbury, had been taking people's money for months without delivering many items or processing refunds, prompting a huge public backlash.
On Trustpilot, it has almost 3,000 one-star reviews, with customers venting their fury after failed attempts to reach the man behind the business.
In October alone, 240 scathing posts went live, with the company branded “scum of the earth”, “absolute thieves”, and a former “legitimate business that now just scams people”.
