A speeding BMW driver has been pictured being held down on the ground by locals after crashing through a garden fence.
Joseph Naismith collided with several fences on Dalkeith's Thornybank Grove in Midlothian, Scotland on June 10 this year while under the influence of drink or drugs, a court heard. He was then pinned to the floor by people before he was arrested by police and has now been disqualified from driving for 15 months.
