A teenage boy who died after being stabbed in the street was able to name his alleged killer after running to a nearby house for help, a murder trial heard.

Ibrahima Seck, 14, died after being stabbed to the heart in New Moston as he was walking to play football with friends.

Three boys are on trial accused of his murder. Boy A, 14, who cannot be named for legal reasons, denies murder and manslaughter. He is accused of fatally stabbing Ibrahima. Boy B, 17, and Boy C, 14, who also cannot be named, deny the same charges.

Two women are also on trial, accused of helping Boy A and Boy B leave the area and giving them a change of clothing. Naomi Heavens, 39, and Keri Dobson, 37, deny assisting an offender.
