Two Winnipeg residents are facing serious drug trafficking charges after Ontario Provincial Police seized roughly $1 million worth of suspected cocaine during a traffic stop near Fort Frances earlier this week.
According to the Fort Frances OPP detachment, the incident occurred around 3:20 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, when officers pulled over a vehicle after noticing what they described as .

During the roadside investigation, officers searched the vehicle and reportedly discovered 11 kilograms of suspected cocaine. Police say the drugs have an estimated street value of approximately $1,000,000.
As a result, two individuals were arrested and charged: 59-year-old Gail McRae of Winnipeg and 37-year-old Candice Yetman, also of Winnipeg.
