OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The thick layer of low clouds is still with us this morning and has produced some pockets of drizzle for many of us early this morning. That is expected to continue through late morning before the clouds thin some this afternoon.
Any afternoon sunshine should allow us to reach close to 50 degrees but it will never feel all that warm at any point today. A subtle south breeze shouldn’t be a huge issue either.
After a dip into the mid 30s by Thursday morning, clouds may be a bit more stubborn than earlier expected by the afternoon. Highs in the mid 50s are now expected with a few more clouds around.
Clouds are a factor in Friday’s forecast and should keep us cooler. Some rain chances are still in play too but the best odds for rain continue to be south of I-80.
