FORT DODGE, Iowa —

The owners of Amigos, a popular restaurant in Fort Dodge, are planning to tear down and rebuild after a fire over the summer , but first, they are using the site to support local emergency responders.

Mark and Crissann Campbell posted a video showing the Webster County Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) using the site to train its members with an armored vehicle. The team used the vehicle to breach the building.

The SERT team said it hopes it never has to use the vehicle in a real-world scenario, but the training helped team members better understand the vehicle's capabilities.

The team is made up of Webster County sheriff's deputies, Fort Dodge police officers, and other law enforcement officers from nearby agencies. This content is imported from Facebook. You
