Former Real Housewives of Potomac star Mia Thornton was arrested in Atlanta on Wednesday and charged with theft after allegedly stealing furniture from a rental unit, police say.

According to a statement from the Atlanta Police Department, Thornton was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson airport after officers responded to a call about a “wanted person” at the Customs and Border Protection office. Thornton had an open warrant “related to a larceny involving an alleged furniture theft” and was taken into custody at the airport.

In a police report reviewed by The Cut, the property-management company for a condo rented by Thornton and a man named Jared McGriff alleges that on October 28 the pair “suddenly moved out of the unit in the middle of the night” without alerting anyone. Thornt
