He was arraigned before Dutchess County Court Judge Jessica Segal on attempted murder, assault, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon for the September shooting on Thursday. During the bail argument, Assistant District Attorney Griffon Kenyon informed the judge that Cornwall is facing three felony charges following an arrest in Beacon in June 2025 and was recently arrested during a drug raid in which he was identified as one of the suspects. The felony drug charge is from a November 13, 2025, raid on Catharine Street in Poughkeepsie.
