PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio

Falsification, York Road: On Nov. 1, an annoyed resident called police about a neighbor excessively blowing leaves into the roadway.

An arriving officer located the suspect, who when asked for his identity provided a false name.

The Parma Heights resident was cited for falsification and given a warning about the leaf blowing.

Assault, Parma Park Boulevard: On Oct. 31, a Parma Park Boulevard resident called police about an assault.

An arriving officer talked to the caller, who said during an argument, a family member struck her in the back of the head.

The suspect fled from the scene.

Police are investigating.

Weapons charge, Pearl Road: On Oct. 31, police responded to a call of a male stopped at a traffic light.
