LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - An Omaha man was sentenced on Thursday to 17 and a half years for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
According to the Department of Justice, 42-year-old Javier Jasso of Omaha was sentenced in federal court in Lincoln for one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
A United States district judge sentenced Jasso to a total of 210 months’ imprisonment. After Jasso’s release from prison, he will begin a 5-year term of supervised release.
Between Jan. 24, 2024 and May 28, 2024, Bryan Hall, Javier Jasso and Jeremy Eaves worked together to sell cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl in and around Lincoln and Omaha, court documents show.
