Multiple vehicles were engulfed in flames at Manchester Plaza on Thursday, Nov. 20, authorities said.
At 11:16 a.m., officers responded to the Manchester Plaza Shopping Center and found a 2018 Toyota Camry with smoke and flames visible from the engine compartment, Manchester police said.
The fire spread to two other adjacently parked vehicles, a white 2013 Honda Accord and a silver 2005 Nissan Altima, police said.
The Manchester Volunteer Fire Department, along with other departments, responded to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire, police said.
The 79-year-old owner of the Toyota was treated for burns to her hands and face and transported to a nearby hospital, police said.
The Toyota and Honda were eventually towed from the scene with extensive fire damage, and the Nissan was able to be driven with only minor damage, police said.
The fire remains under investigation, police said.
