WASHINGTON — The Billie Eilish "Hit Me Soft and Hard" tour is headed for the big screen.
The Oscar and Grammy winner announced a spring release for a 3D concert documentary shortly after wrapping her last tour date in San Francisco. "Avatar" director James Cameron and Eilish will co-direct the film.
"HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR (LIVE IN 3D) coming to theatres on march 20th 2026 !!!! 🥳🥳🥳," she announced on Instagram Sunday night. "This has been one of my favorite tours everrrrrr and being able to capture it and co-direct this film with @jamescameronofficial has truly been a dream come true. can’t wait for you all to see it :’)🎥⭐️🤭💙."
Paramount Pictures will release the film.
Cameron also announced the movie on his Instagram, saying it was "an honor and a blast to co-direct
