The first woman set to be executed in a US state for 200 years paraded a love rival’s skull after a grisly murder.
Christa Gail Pike, 49, was aged just 18 when she and two others lured Colleen Slemmer, 19, to the woods in Knoxville, in 1995. Her body was found beaten, stabbed and had a pentagram carved into her chest.
Pike and Slemmer were both students when the former began dating a boy, 17, and grew paranoid Slemmer was trying to steal him, reports USA Today.
She would then brag about killing Slemmer and told another student she had cut her riva
