FORT MILL — A suspect is in custody after a deadly shooting at an apartment complex on Nov. 23, the York County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies responded to the Lakeview Apartments on Flint Hill Road around 9:15 p.m. after a report for disorderly conduct was upgraded to a shooting, according to an incident report of the case.

A victim was found shot three times and pronounced dead by EMS.

Deputies arrested a male they believe to be a suspect in the case, according to the incident report. The Post and Courier is not naming the suspect unless charges are filed against him.

The sheriff’s office said there was no active threat to the public and detectives are continuing to investigate the case.
