JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) - The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to an ATV crash along Antioch Road in Oak Hill, Ohio, Saturday morning.
The crash killed one teenage boy and injured another. Police told WSAZ Monday that the injured teenager is in critical but stable condition.
The Jackson Sheriff’s office received a 9-1-1 call at 7:04 am on Saturday morning, alerting them to a four-wheeler accident. Deputies arrived on the scene and called in the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
There, Lt. Thomas Cassity told WSAZ, investigators found a crashed ATV with a teenage boy still in the vehicle, deceased.
The other teenage boy who was in the vehicle was not on the scene when investigators arrived. Cassity says he had been taken to the hospital by a friend,
