Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker announced on Monday Anton Moore as the city's first Executive Director of Neighborhood and Community Action Centers.

The action centers have been one of Parker's initiatives as mayor and are meant as neighborhood city halls where residents can seek help for city-related services, such as filing a complaint or starting a business.
