PITTSTON, Pa. — It's a sea of red inside this gymnasium in Pittston , as Santa's getting a helping hand this season.

Inside is exactly what's on each family's wish list. Tony Marranca founded the Greater Pittston Santa Squad, and for the past eight holiday seasons, they've been the ones making the magic for thousands of families across Luzerne County.

Marranca says, "We mostly will have the families come in, and they'll sit at the table with us, and we get a good idea of what the children want. A lot of the traditional toys are still big, Barbies, arts and crafts. Kids love the art sets we have. The boys like the trucks. Lots of bikes, we have over 90 bikes to go."

But most families aren't looking for big-ticket items under the tree.
