GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office said deputies are responding to a report of four lost hikers at Caesars Head.

Deputies said, around 6:50 p.m. Monday a juvenile called and reported that he was lost, along with an adult woman and two other juveniles.

Deputies have not yet released any more information about the search.
