An evil mum neglected and starved her daughter — to the point the girl reached an "emaciated, skeletal state" and died.

Kyneddi Miller's body lay on a rug in the bathroom of the family home for days until police made the grim discovery upon a welfare check. Investigators found the 14-year-old girl had been neglected so badly by Julie A Miller she succumbed to "an obvious emaciated, skeletal state" at the home in Morrisvale, West Virginia .
